Cutting of lattice girders |
The TR5 (European copyright) is a very solid and as much strong machine, specific for the cutting of lattice girders.
Its main characteristics are:
- quick and neat cutting on knots (i.e. every 10 cm)
- it cuts more than one lattice girder at the same time
- machine
equipped with 6 special knives easily replaceable and anyway useable on
all four cutting edges. Generally their overall change takes place
after 80.000 cutting cycles
- it allows to cut girders with different heights without any adjustments of the machine
- easy loading and unloading of lattice girders.
The offer is divided into three different models of the machine, to satisfy at best every client’s needs:
- TR5 : cutting rates from 12 to 20 cm
- TR5H : cutting rates from 17 to 26 cm
- TR5X : cutting rates from 12 to 40 cm
TR5
can be included in a semiautomatic loading line and an automatic
unloading line, with yields up to 2500 m/h, for firms which daily need
to cut big quantities of lattice girder.
